NoFapp is now VOW
Quit porn.
Unlocking takes 24 hours.
VOW is the iPhone app that blocks adult websites and keeps the passcode for you. Want it back? You ask for it, and you wait 24 hours.
Time to let the urge pass.
3 days free, then $29.99 a year. Cancel anytime.
The block
Blocked everywhere. For real.
Adult sites are blocked in Safari, Chrome, other browsers and inside apps. Setup takes two minutes, guided on every screen.
to set it all up, guided on every screen.
Tap block to see it.
The 24 hour rule
The urge wants it all, right now. It can have it tomorrow.
A regular blocker turns off in three taps. VOW doesn't. The passcode isn't in your head, and it isn't on your phone. It's in the vault, and the vault opens 24 hours after you ask. Not a minute sooner.
- TonightThe urge builds. You ask for your passcode.
- The clock starts24 hours. Changing the phone's date changes nothing, our server keeps the time.
- A little laterThe urge has faded. It always does.
- You cancelOne tap, free. Your streak goes on.
The problem
Three taps. That's all that stands between you and a relapse.
With a regular blocker, yes. In the morning, you're determined. At night, alone and tired, you take it all off. Other solutions ask someone close to you to hold the passcode. VOW replaces that person with a 24 hour wait. Nobody to tell.
between your request and the passcode. No shortcut.
How it works
Three layers that hold together
The block, everywhere
Adult sites are blocked in Safari, Chrome, other browsers and inside apps. Setup takes two minutes, guided on every screen.
The 24 hour lock
VOW draws a random Screen Time passcode and has you type it one digit at a time. You never see it whole. To get it back: 24 hours. No shortcut, not even by deleting your account.
Help when the urge hits
Emergency mode opens in one tap: something concrete to do, and the reasons you started. The monk answers at any hour, without judging you.
The monk
When the urge hits, he's there.
The monk keeps your streak from day one. At three in the morning, when nobody else can know, you write to him. He answers briefly, with no lecture and no judgment. He's after one thing only: getting you through the hard minutes.
the monk answers at any hour.
The monk is an artificial intelligence, not a person. Your messages are never kept by VOW.

Why VOW
VOW, the iPhone app to help you quit porn
Created by Antoine Fraboulet, VOW combines adult website blocking, a 24 hour wait to retrieve the passcode, and daily progress tracking. The app is available in English and French. This is its official website: vowblock.com.
Willpower gives out at the worst moment
A habit fires in a specific situation: at night, in bed, bored or stressed. In that moment, the version of you who wanted to quit isn't the one deciding.
VOW has you decide ahead of time, with a clear head.
Alone, and discreet
No partner, no report sent to anyone. No name, no email address: sign in with Apple, anonymous ID. Your journal stays on your phone.
Slower than your urge
No block is unbreakable on a personal iPhone, and VOW doesn't pretend otherwise. It does better: it makes going back slower than the urge. 24 hours against a few minutes, the urge loses.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where can I download the official VOW app?
On the App Store as VOW: Block Your Urges, published by Antoine Fraboulet. NoFapp is now VOW: it is the same app. The download buttons on vowblock.com open this official listing. The app is available only on iPhone, in English and French.
What is the VOW app?
VOW is an iPhone app available in English and French on the App Store. It helps block adult websites using the iOS content filter, keeps the Screen Time passcode and requires a 24 hour wait to retrieve it. It also offers progress tracking and an AI assistant. vowblock.com is the official website of VOW, published by Antoine Fraboulet.
Why 24 hours to unlock?
Because an urge doesn't last 24 hours. The delay gives the urge time to fade, without relying on your willpower or on someone close to you. The time is measured by our server: changing your phone's date does nothing. And you can cancel your request at any time.
How does VOW block porn?
VOW turns on the adult content filter built into iOS and walks you through it screen by screen. It works in Safari, in other browsers and in the web pages opened inside apps.
Can I turn the block off?
Yes, but not on a whim. If you set the lock, the filter is protected by a Screen Time passcode you never know. To get it back, you request it in the app and receive it 24 hours later. You can cancel your request whenever you want.
What if I lose access to the app?
The passcode is kept on our server and tied to your Apple account, not to your phone. We publicly commit to making passcodes available if the service ever shuts down.
Will anyone know I use VOW?
No. No name, no email address: you sign in with Apple and an anonymous ID. Your journal stays on your phone. Nobody is notified, and you don't need anyone.
Who is the monk?
He is the keeper of your streak in VOW. You can write to him at any hour when an urge hits: he answers briefly, with no lecture and no judgment. The monk is an artificial intelligence, not a person, and VOW does not keep your messages.
What language is the app in?
English and French. The app is in French on an iPhone set to French, and in English everywhere else.
How much does VOW cost?
$29.99 a year with a 3 day free trial, that's $2.50 a month, or $5.99 a month with no commitment. Cancel anytime in your Apple account settings.
Do I need a subscription to retrieve my passcode?
No. Passcode retrieval stays free, even without an active subscription. Request it in VOW and receive it after 24 hours. You can cancel the request at any time. Our passcode commitment also explains what happens if the service shuts down.
What are the limits of VOW's blocking?
VOW uses the adult website filter built into iOS. It targets websites, including web pages opened inside apps; it does not guarantee filtering every post in social media apps. No block on a personal iPhone is unbreakable. VOW is not a medical device and does not promise a cure.
Does VOW work on Android?
Not for now. VOW is available on iPhone only.

24 hours to give in.
